Shipping Policy

At Scented Drive, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and use only the best packaging materials to ensure your products arrive safely. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages but will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scented Drive. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
